Bring our presence to our experience within. Give it pause and contact so that it can be heard and understood.

We meet ourselves. We come in contact with who we are. What it feels like to be us, in this world at this time and how to find the way forward. It is this deep contact with the self that brings meaning to our lives. Literally, we come to comprehend ourselves in a deeper way, and in doing so we realign with what is important to us. At our essence. With our nature. This is how we come to know ourselves. By rediscovering our inner nature and learning how to be present with it we increase our capacity to listen and connect with other living things. People, the planet. We become agents of connection and peace. In this way we come back into balance with the natural world.
