One to One Focusing
A guided focusing session can be a help when we are processing something complex or heavy . The guide helps us to stay in positive relationship with ourselves and also creates stability to listen very deeply inside. You do not need previous experience to do a one on one focussing session. For many it is a good introduction to the technique as it provides a lived experience for some of the ideas and concepts in the process.
